Anzior Return Policy
At Anzior, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
β Unopened, unused, and in its original condition
β With tags and in the original packaging
β Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Note: Perfumes with over 16% usage are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return

Exchanges
For a faster process, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, weβll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
